Spotify link and Gumlet media
Spotify is provided only as an external link to the selected track. This portfolio does not load a Spotify iframe, Embed API or player. If you follow the link, you leave this website and Spotify's own privacy practices apply to your use of its service.
Project videos are delivered as muted, looping MP4 files directly from Gumlet when they approach the visible page area. They use the browser's native video playback, so the portfolio does not load Gumlet's iframe player or player SDK. The browser still connects to Gumlet to request the media file, which may provide Gumlet with technical request data. This delivery method should not be understood as a guarantee that Gumlet processing is completely cookie-free. Additional cookies or storage may be managed through browser controls and relevant Gumlet settings where available.
Email contact
This website has no contact form. The Email Me button opens your own email application using a mailto link. If you send an email, the information you include is used to read and respond to your message and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Depending on the context, processing may also be necessary for the legitimate interest of managing correspondence or for complying with legal obligations.

Recipients and international transfers

Mario does not sell personal data and does not add advertising trackers through this website.
How long data is kept

Emails are kept only as reasonably needed for the relevant correspondence and any resulting professional or legal requirements. Technical, analytics and Gumlet media data is kept according to the relevant provider's configuration and policies, so the exact period may differ by provider and service.
